Long story short, my son stayed at his aunty's place and she signed into iTunes via his iPad in order to download Garage Band for him. Whilst I have returned the user account to the previous one (i.e.: mine) and it shows up in Settings, for some reason when I now try to update apps etc I am prompted for the other (i.e.: my son's aunty's) account. How do I resolve this issue? Thanks!
All content downloaded from any of Apples Stores is forever attached to the Apple ID that downloaded them. To resolve the issue you would either need your sons aunties account details or delete the app and download it with your own Apple ID.
