PDF files transfer to iPad

How you might be able to do it depends upon what app that you want the PDFs in, and what the app supports. If it's the iBooks app then you can email them to yourself and then use 'open in' in the Mail app (e.g. press and hold on the attachment, or if the PDF is open tap it and then use the share icon) to copy them to the iBooks app. If it's different app then you might also be able to use 'open in' via the Mail app, or the app might support transfer to/from it and your computer via your wifi network.

You wont able to transfer PDF file without using iTunes or other SSH to your iPad. Even If you are using other SSH, you must install iTunes on your PC.
