Ram for MacBook Pro (Mid 2012)

i was wandering if this memory for my computer. It is a macbook pro 2012 mid with quad core 2.6ghz intel processor with 8 gb or ddr3 ram. i was wandering if i can install 16gb of ram on this computer and if this the right one to have on it, any thoughts or tips.
