How do I plug a microphone into my iMac?
I'm trying to use my gaming headset with my iMac -- it is easy to find the headphone plug but, I where can I plug in the microphone. The plug is a similar style to the headphone plug -- not a USB.

newer thin imacs don't have mic in any more
you will have to use an usb mic
or an external usb audio card which you then connect the mic to
