Earlier I was asking about deleting pics from the phone using the computer via iTunes and someone sent a snapshot of their iTunes with the Pictures Tab and I dont have it
How do I add ithe pictures tab onto my iTunes?

The Photos tab will only display after your phone is connected and selected. Instructions for that are in iTunes: Syncing photos
If you have followed those steps and still don't have the Photos tab, the following may help: Why is there no Photos tab/option in my iTunes 11.0.4???
