Have already registered My Itunes on 5 pcs out of which 3 comps r crashed how can i register on a new pc

Hello Apple,

Iv already registered my IPhone on 5 PC out of which 3 have crashed and don't have access to unauthorized them.
Please can you let me know how can I register my IPhone on a new Pc as it doesn't authorize me stating I'm on 5 PCs.

Please help me resolve this issue

Use the Deauthorize All command documented in this article. If that's not an option, use the 'contact iTunes Store support' link at the bottom of it.
