Error while trying to install windows with Boot Camp (disk partition problem)

Here is the error message that I get (I get this even if I only try to partition the minimum GB of 20, and I have hundreds left over):

Meanwhile, here is my disk (when I have nothing plugged into my computer):

I don't understand what the problem is, or even what the error message is instructing me to do. What do I do?

Your hard drive is fragmented, the message is asking you to unfragment it.

Until you do this BC won't install. The message is telling you to backup, repartition your HDD and restore your backup. Some users report success by rebooting into Recovery and repairing the disk
