Movie audio out of sync and choppy

I run iTunes on Windows 8 64 bit. I run the newest version of iTunes for 64bit. I've had this problem since I purchased the movies on iTunes. I have contacted them many times to no avail.

Whenever I play a movie on the player the audio will run out of sync in a matter of seconds, the audio will be choppy. The video will play fine though. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling.
