how to change billing to another country
I am trying to update my billing to a differnt country. I have recently moved from the states to Canada, can anyone help me please?

I'm not sure if you need to remove your payment method from your account first (if you currently have a US issued credit card on your account then you won't be able to use it, credit cards can only be used in their country of issue), if you do then there are instructions on this page : Change or remove your payment information from your iTunes Store account (Apple ID)
