This is the message I get when I try to watch a webcast. I downloaded Leopard. Nothing happened. Why is this so difficult?

QuickTime can't open Real Player formats like the one you posted above.

Real Player is free.

This a proprietary Real Networks format. I suggest using VLC to play the content. QT may have plugins (Perian). You can also use Real Player, if you want but it creates new challenges with different media types and associations to players, etc.
