Is your iPhone unlocked? Are you getting an error message? If yes,
what is the exact wording of that message? What wireless provider in
what country are you trying to use the iPhone with?

It shows your iphone is supported by Tmobile of Austria, Germany, and Netherlands.

Europe uses 900MHz and 2100MHz.
But even if you are in a country that uses the same frequency band 2100MHz as that supported by the phone, your phone could be locked to Tmobile. You need to look up how to check to see if your phone is carrier locked, and how to unlock your phone if it is indeed locked.
