I have reason to try and record a live video stream from a radio station. It happens whilst I am at work. Is there anyway I can schedule the website to open to the live studio stream at a specific time, and then to program Screenflow (or similar app) to record the stream for the duration of the show? I have tried with automator, but to no avail! Any help will be appreciated. Thank you.
I know this isn't an Automator-based solution but have you looked at either Audio Hijack Pro or Intermission from Rogue Amoeba? Neither is free but both seem like they could do this easily. I've used Audio Hijack and it can do this plus more for the price. Intermission is cheaper but seems like it would work as well.

Thanks for the response. These would be ideal - however - I would like to record the video stream broadcasted from the studio - rather than just the audio. A friend will be on the station (it will be a BBC radio station) soon, and I would like to see him in the studio - seeing as the facility is available! Unless I am missing something - these two apps are audio only.
