ipod nano replacement programme. Not retuned. Help

I sent my ipod nano off to apple in November 2013 as part of their replacement programme. Weeks passed and nothing. I have done the online check of my serial number and nothing. Time goes by as it does and its now July. To make things worse I cannot find the proof of postage.

I have not been able to find any sort of contact details to actually get human support to resolve this particular issue. Which is mad as they must have received so many back and I can other people have had issues as well. Actually quite annoyed as to me the i-pod worked fine, but apple classed as unsafe so I sent it back. Now I have no I-pod at all.

What do I do? Who can I contact? Have I just dropped 130 quid in the post and robbed myself out of an ipod?
