You don't. He will have to recover his ID/Password. If he can't recover it at https://iforgot.apple.com, then he will have to call AppleCare and speak to someone in account security.
You can NOT bypass the activation lock.
You cannot develop iOS software under Windows. It has to be a Mac.
my uncle gave an ipad 2 and he put his apple id after some weeks i format the ipad and its locked and i ant activate it because i need his apple id and he forgot the email and pass too how can i activate the ipad without it (note:im on pc now) and THX
