How to I use safari extension B4G_Safari 1.0

I was adjusting my extensions when I stumbled on Safari Extension B4G_Safari 1.0

The extension allows you to schedule messages to be sent or returned at a later date. Sounds cool, but I can't figure out how to access it. I've looked in customize toolbar, but it's not there. can anyone tell me how to use this?
