Quicktime vs. 7.7.5 for Windows the exportfunction 'movie to image' failed.

Exportation of a movie to image gives an empty (White) image with file extension PCT. No matter which option I choose. The conversion goes in 1 sec. What's wrong. About half a Year there was no problem with a older version of Quicktime.

At which community should I post it?
