iMac mid 2011 bootcamp assistant not reading Win 7 install disc

iMac mid 2011

Model Identifier: iMac12,2

OsX: 10.9.4

Win 7: Full install disc x64 (I also have x32) Home Premium Ed.

OsX Bootdisc: 10.6.7 (not bootable anymore due to 10.9.4 running OS or so I believe)

Bootcamp Assistant v5.1.2

Hard drive is one whole [un-partitioned]

Additional info:

Currently downloading an ISO version and have a 4.09gb USB flash/thumb drive at disposal formatted as MS-DOS(FAT).

Will post hardware/software specs at request.

Limited knowledge of terminal codes and that sort, but willing to google and learn.
