iTunes Match stopped working because

Hi all,

after a recent crash of my MacBook Pro iTunes Match stopped working. It claims that I exceeded the 25,000 tracks limit, which is simply not true. Here's the message I get after re-enabling iTunes Match:

"iCloud can contain up to 25000 songs not purchased from the iTunes Store. Recent additions to this computer exceed that limit, and will not be uploaded."

Right now, according to iTunes, I have only 24,931 items in my iTunes library. However, iTunes Match still refuses to do anything because it claims I have more than 25,000 items. How can I solve this and get iTunes Match to acknowledge that my library contains less than 25,000 items??? Any ideas?

Is there a way to clear my previous iTM histiory and start over freshly?

I'm running Mavericks 10.9.4 and iTunes 11.3.

Cheers, Samoth
