Recently I have been unable to share contacts or notes from my iPhone or iPad. I can't be sure but I believe this is occurring after I downloaded iOS 7.1.2. I've been playing around in settings to see if something was turned on or off but don't see any glaring problem.
It works fine for me in iOS 7.1.2. If you are in the mail app, tap on the email address that you want to share, and then select Share Contact from the resulting window. You have to swipe down to the bottom of the window.
If you know this, and that is what you are doing, explain what happens when you try.
I Have attempted to share contacts on both devices by going into a contact, tapping Share Contact, choosing email and then sending. It appears to send (get swooshing sound) but receipient never receives. I've tried sending to myself (both contacts and notes) and I do not receive via email.
I can't share a contact using email on my iphone 4 or ipad. Using iOS 7.1.2
