Iphone 4S sound cutting out randomly

i accidently spilt milk on my phone and it's been working fine except for the sound. It'll cut out randomly yet still continue playing (song will be in a different spot each time) and when I check the actual application (or the drag up box thingy) it'll claim there's no sound coming out, like the state it goes to when you're using airplay. I have no airplay objects turned on in my house when this happens.

ANy ideas???
