No Sound in Apps

My iPhone 4s 64G has recently stopped playing sound in my apps. (instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pandora, even sometimes in my music (from iTunes) and others) Occasionally it will work for a minute then suddenly stop working. Other times it will not work at all. How can I fix this issue?? Please Help fellow iPhone Friends! Thanks Bunches!! 🙂
