can't sync ipod 120gb to with itunes

Win pro 7 Ipod 120gb and ITunes 11.3 downloaded a bunch of TV to ITunes and want to sync to Ipod. in MY COMPUTER I can see the Ipod. In devices in ITunes I cannot. I have reset the Ipod and changed USB ports. Still stuck.
