computer unverified error after hard drive replacement

So I recently had a second hard drive replacement. Everything was fine but now my apple id and password don't work. I try downloading form the app store and I'm told my computer can't be verified. I contacted support but just got the run around. The first hard drive replacement didn't give me this problem. Can anyone help?
