iMovie failed to download? Bad cache on Apple servers?

We are getting errors on multiple Macs that won't allow the iMovie update to install.

We get the error

iMovie failed to download

Use the Purchases page to try again

When we update in the Purchases page it downloads about 200MB, restarts the download and then dies.

We have "Reset Application" in the App Store app & have deleted the "com.apple.appstore" folder in the /private/var/folders/././C folder

We even tried updating an iMac that already ran this update (the iMac installed it successfully July 3rd) and it fails on that iMac also.
