Erasing data for Genius Bar appointment

I Have an appointment at Genius Bar tomorrow under the on/off/sleep replacement button scheme. I have backed up, turned off find my iPhone & went to erase data (all as instructed) but now do not know if I leave phone in set up state, set up as new iPhone or restore from back-up?!? Should I just leave it till I get there & erase in front of them & then leave it up to them?
