As we are fellow users here on these forums, you're not talking to iTunes Support nor Apple, I've asked the hosts to remove your email address from your post (it's not a good idea to post personal info on any public forum).
If you have a rescue email address on your account then you've also checked the inbox and spam folder on that account ?
I check my inbox and spam, but it don't have any mail.
I wanna Apple give me the link

You can call them on the phone using a local phone number where you live, and they can help you.
We are fellow users, iTunes Support don't post on here. If you've checked the spam and inbox on both your primary and (if you have one) your rescue email accounts and you've tried requesting the reset email again, and you can't access your account by answering your security questions (http://iforgot.apple.com), then you will have to contact Support in your country to get it reset : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT5699
