iPhone Bluetooth won't pair to vehicle's Cadillac Cue

My iPhone 5s's Bluetooth is turned on and it has CadillacCue in its list. When I go to pair it with the car's Cadillac Cue system, it says "Connection Unsuccessful - Make sure "CADILLAC CUE" is turned on and in range."

Of COURSE I have the Cue system in the car (which is in Accessory mode) turned on…. but still no luck! Any insight, friends?

Go to your iPhone settings, go to Bluetooth, click on the I button to the right of Cadillac Q and click on forget this device. Turn Bluetooth off and then on. Bluetooth will discover Cadillac Q and then try to pair it again. This works for me.
