Just updated my iPhone 5S and canot activated it since someone put their ICloud account.
How to contact Apple for solving this case? My iphone was useless at all.
Take it as well as the original receipt of purchase to a physical Apple Store. If you aren't the original purchaser, you'll also need proof that they're dead.
