iPod nano 7th gen in Spotify

I cant find my iPod nano 7th gen in Spotify. I have tryed exit iTunes, delete iTunes, restart Spotify, reinstal spotify, resetting the iPod... Nothing works. It says that just "Open Spotify (Premium) - connect your iPod nano to your computer - The iPod will appear under devices in Spotify. Well it don't! Any one know what i do wrong?

Looked on Spotify's forum and found a thread from 2012 on this but it never was resolved. I'd suggest you contact spotify again, their only recommendation was to disconnect and reconnect the Nano and make sure you are using a current version of Spotify on your computer.
