I need help!!!

I know this might sound like i am an idiot, but on icloud.com, i accidently pressed on erase phone and the phone got erased. Then the apple logo came on the iphone and then the screen went black with only a tiny loading spiral. It has been a while so i forced shut down and turned it back on. Then when it turned back on, all the data was there but after a second it happened again. The apple logo came and the screen went black with a tiny loading spiral. I have been waiting a while now. Can i get help? I have an iphone 4s with ios 6
