iPhone 4 got wet

iPhone 4 got wet. Put in Damp Rid with the back off, then restored it on iTunes. Now the voice control comes on for no reason even when the iPhone is powered all the way off. And the home button usually does not work; when it does, it goes to voice control. When I try to power it off with the charger on and then power it back on, it says it has to be connected to iTunes to be restored, but if I turn it off then back on without the charger plugged ,in it goes back to the slide to unlock screen. Then I plug the charger back in when the iPhone is on and it continues to charge.
