Facetime on iPhone 5s
Hi, I do not have FaceTime on my new iPhone 5s. I can't find it under settings and I am not able to use FaceTime when I contact friends. I have updated to the latest IOS-version. How can I get FaceTime?

Have you checked in the are of restrictions to see if it has been blocked?
Also, where did you buy the iPhone? If one of the middle-eastern countries such as the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and so on, FaceTime is prohibited by law and cannot be installed on an iPhone from those areas.
If you do not have a middle-eastern iPhone, look in Settings > General > Restrictions, and Settings > General > Usage > Storage, and also from the home screen, swipe down from the top so you get the Search iPhone window and type in FaceTime and see what comes up.
Hi,
I live in Norway and bought my iPhone in the States. FaceTime does not come up when I search the phone, under restrictions or when I call friends that have FaceTime. Any other suggestions on what to do? 🙂
