i left my ipad on charge all night and when i took it off it was very hot and wont turn on how do i fix it?

Have you tried a reboot - hold both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears, ignoring the red slider if that appears?

If that does not work, take it to an Apple store genius bar and have the techs check to see if the battery is damaged.
