HD TV Show Download Issues

For example, the episode "Pilot" in Dexter is listed as 2.33GB for 1080p, but I'm only getting 2.09GB and the resolution is 1912x1080, not 1920x1080.

The resolution is also the same for season 7, but not in seasons 2 and 6. But with all of them, the file size listed in the store does not match what is being downloaded. It ranges from a couple of MB to hundred of MB depending on what is being downloaded.

Does anyone else have any experience with this? I've talked with Apple support, but nothing has changed.

I'm running Windows 7, FYI.
