Updating my iPhone 4S to IOS 7.1.2 and now its stuck on the screen with the apple logo and the loading bar

Just today i wanted to update my iPhone 4S to the new IOS 7.1.2 it was updating with no problem, it was about to finish then my internet went down. I went to reset the router then the internet came back on, it was down for about 2 mins, but the update restart and it was loading again. It reached about half way then it stopped and now its not moving! Help, what do i do! 😕

Try a reset, hold down the home/sleep button together until you see apple logo and then release.
