Hello, i'm really sad about the random turn off/restart for my ipad ! I just use it for a small amount of time then it turn off !! I really hope to help me how to fix this problem !😠

Close all inactive apps in the multi-task window
1.Double-click the Home button.
2. Swipe the app's preview up to close it.
3. Preview will fly off the screen.
(A) Try reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
Note: Data will not be affected.
(B) Try reset all settings
Settings>General>Reset>Reset All Settings
Note: Data will not be affected but settings for Wi-Fi, FaceTime, Message, Home Sharing will be reset
apple please i know you can seee this and ou have to fix this issue its a serious problem like everytimei updated my ipad its always sent back to recovery mode which is ******* ********

Please call our Freephone number on 0800 048 0408 and ask for Applecare, you can even use skype! (Just make sure you have a good internet connection, headphones and a good microphone)
They should be able to troubleshoot and assist you with your ipad.
