Q: Can't connect Beats Studio wireless to my iphone 5s or Imac

as you can read in the title, i can't connect my new beats headphones to my iphone or imac. i tried everything that i found on this forum/internet but nothing worked. i went to the store today and they gave me a new one. it still doesnt connect. I hope that someone can help me.

HEY DUDE ITS OH SO SIMBLE JUS CONNECT THEM TO THE CHARGER HOLD THE POWER BUTTON AND VOLUME DOWN BUTTON FOR 10 SECONDS LET IT REST..... THEN GO FORGET THE DEVISE IN YOUR BLUETOOTH SETTINGS ON YOUR DEVISE.....THAN RE PAIR THEM AND WALLAH YOU HAVE YOU BLUETOOTH SIGNAL AGAIN

    You shouldn't need to press any buttons to get the beats studio wireless headphones to pair with either an iPod or an iPhone, they should recognise each other straightaway. Nine times out of 10 when people can't connect the headphones to their iPhone, they've already got it connected to another device, an iPod or an iPad. You can only have it connected to one device in the same space. You'll find that as soon as you remove it from one device, it will suddenly appear on the other.

     

    You may find that you have to manually press a button on some stereo units in order to access the wireless speakers from an Apple device. I've got a Panasonic unit and it won't automatically recognise my iPod or iPhone, I've got suppress a couple of buttons on the remote control in order for it to go into the pairing mode.

    Simple.

    Hold power on for Studio 2 Wireless

    Go to device and turn on Bluetooth

    Device will pop up

    Click on studio beats

    It will pair.

    sadly didn't work for me - brand new iPhone se brand new powerboats 2 wireless - so frustrating - any other tips?
