I try to get my ipad to my son, but he try to sign in to the new apple ID the ipad say cannot use unlock ipad , can anyone tell me what happened ? how can we fix the problem ? because the screen keep show up ******c@****cap.net.ðŸ˜

Click on 'needs to remove it' above. If you can't contact that person and they don't remember to do so themselves, the device is useless to you.

If you cannot remove the activation lock, there is nothing you can do.
Basically, nothing. Apple won't remove the lock without being shown the original purchase receipt.
