I cant buy apps beacause ipad is rebooting

When im trying to purchase an app or buy something in the games ,blue screen appears and ipad reboots.But it happens only in this partucular account. When i purchase an apps in other account its ok.But first account is important for me because i have a money from gift cart on it.Can you help me?Image is from "Diagnostic & Usage Data
