iTunes won't quit - keeps restarting

• Dashboard alarm-clock widgets
• Screen savers that play music
• Logitech Media Server
• An Apple Remote
• External speakers or headphones with a next-track control
• Connecting an iOS device with USB

Have you tried to uninstall iTunes and then reinstall it again? Make sure you are using the most current iTunes available and that it has appropriate size to your device. You don't want to run a 64 bit when you have a 32 bit.

i can't completely uninstall iTunes coz it is modified required in Mac.
