Yahoo email app not deleting or moving from spam to inbox ?

I hope I can even find the answers once they're posted

this is my first try here

I have an iPad Air and Yahoo Mail is really really frustrating I click delete to delete emails out of spam and they don't disappear they will just stay there ?

other messages that are in spam but I want to be in the inbox I select them and Mark moved to inbox and the freaking stay in the spam folder and makes no sense it's just not working properly
