I changed my Apple ID online but now can not change in iCloud on iPhone?

I changed my Apple ID in iTunes and on iCloud online but it did not update in my iPhone and I can not find an option in my iPhone to change Apple ID. Also it will not let me delete iCloud account in iPhone until I turn off Find my iPhone which I can not do because it wants the password for my old Apple ID that does not exist anymore. Please help!
