Apple US will replace the iPhone IF all of the following applies:

it was purchased in the US (warranty is valid only in country of original purchase),

is still within warranty,

problem is determined by Apple to be manufacturing defect,

and iPhone has not been opened or otherwise modified (including jailbroken).

If the phone qualifies you can get an out of warranty replacement. Apple will replace it (by paying) if:

The phone was purchased in the US.

The phone was NOT opened or serviced by an unauthorized service provider.

Out of Warranty replacement will be $269 + tax in US. Replacement will be same

color, same capacity, same locked/unlocked status as when originally sold.

If iPhone is excessively damaged or has been jailbroken or repaired/opened by

other than authorized repair provider, you will not be eligible for this reduced price.

iPhone must have been originally purchased in US.

An appointment is still recommended to avoid delay -whether paying for replacement

or not.

If it was purchased in Argentina, you must replace it in Argentina.
