Missing my inapp purchase

i have questeion , last time i am bought gems on clash of clans aplication , transaction is successfull but this case i dont have received my gems? Please advice

Verify your payment method > iTunes Store: Changing account information
iTunes Store: Accepted forms of payment
Make sure Restrictions is not enabled.
Tap Settings > General > Restrictions
