Macfamily Tree 7.2.2 Apple Store download

It is my understand that Macfamily Tree 7.2.2 is a pay for upgrade from Macfamily Tree 7.1.6

I have 7.1.6 on my mac, at the apple store it show a option to download 7.2.2

if I update through the apple store to 7.2.2, and open 7.2.2 i get an option to buy the product.

I select that and the Apple Store says I already have 7.2.2 installed.

If I throw away 7.1.6 so there is no Macfamily tree on my machine

the Apple store correctly says purchase for 24.95.

I click to purchase, It downloads 7.2.2 and tells me i already own MacFamily Tree so no payment is necessary

i open up 7.2.2 and the option to purchase is in the Edit menu.

I select to purchase, and the apple store says I already have 7.2.2 installed.

In otherward I can't complete purchase.

I really need some help on this because tomorrow is the last day I can upgrade for 24.95, after tomorrow It will cost me 49.95
