order and chaos

The app Order and Chaos ( its a game ) does not work, why is it on the app store if it doesn't work ?

I installed it on 2 computers, on the MacBook Air 2013 after starting the app all i see is a black screen and the fan gets going big time and thats it.

On my iMac 2014 it starts but then it gets stuck in a subscription window, i choose a 6 month subscription and then the game freezes.

On both computers all i can do is reset , even if i wait for a long time.

The mba is an i5 with 8 gigs of ram model 2013.

The iMac is an i7 with 16 gigs of ram model 2013 bought it 3 weeks ago.

You can report issues with apps > Select: Purchases, Billing & Redemption > https://getsupport.apple.com/Issues.action

And try support at the Order and Chaos app developer website > http://support.gameloft.com/?lang=en

What do you mean ?, purchases in the app store ?..

All i get there is a list of the apes.

If you mean on the apple site..im not getting anywhere

I bought the app from the app store, after installing it it does not work on several computers, what is so hard in understanding this.

It appears to be you who doesn't understand.

She gave you two links; one to Apple and one to the Support department of the game's developer.

But almost 6 months have passed, you can likely forget any refund as those usually need to be handled in a timely manner of just a few days.
