Music player does not save audiobook position

Hello! I uploaded m4b audiobook to my iphone 4s (ios 7.1.2), but when I press pause button and play this audiobook next time, it starts playing from the start and not saving the last pause point. How can I fix it?

P.S. It is set in iTunes on pc to save audiobook playing position for this file.
