I forgot the passcode for my iPhone 4s and i don't have my iTunes account

Hello folks. I got an iPhone 4s which is a second hand. i don't know the passcode so i can't use it. At the same time i don't have an apple Id account or iTunes account. Anyone there could help me? Thank you so much. 🙂
