MMy phone has not updated emails since last Wednesday. Does anyone know if this is a fault I can fix or do I ned to go to the apple store which is over 30 miles away. Also my phone will not connect fully to Facebook when on 3G (even in a good signal area) or on a different wifi from my home.
Sounds like a network issue.
Try a reset ..
Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button together for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset All Settings
If that doesn't help, tap Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
You will have to re enter your Wi-Fi password
No data is lost due a reset.
i have tried all this, but all that is happening now is the inbox is showing updated on Wednesday and the loading wheel is constantly going in the top left hand corner.
Can anyone else help. I have tried all that Carolyn recommened, but it hasn't resolved it
