Contacts Help

Hiya All,

I have got myself into a right mess with my contacts between my iPhone 4S & 5S and my Macbook Pro.

Some how I have lost some of my contacts and I only have one Backup to restore from, for each phone! Why have I not got previous ones to choose from?

Or is it I just cannot find them?

My contacts were being synced via google, iCloud & my Mac but seemed to have lost the one contact that I really need which is my girlfriends in Thailand. but just to make it worse it in Thai เขาที่เพิ่งเจอ กับเธอมาก่อน.

I sorry to ask this if tis been covered before but its really urgent me.

Please Please someone help ASAP!!!!
